Congratulations to Dr. Natali Ludowyke for publishing a research article entitled: "Target Enrichment Metagenomics Reveals Human Pegivirus-1 in Pediatric Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation Recipients" in Viruses published by MDPI. This publication is a product of her PhD thesis where she created an innovative target enrichment metagenomics platform to detect viral pathogens among pediatric patients that presented with febrile neutropenia after hematopoietic stem cell transplant.
